The Georgian Group select APT Solutions

APT is delighted to be working with The Georgian Group, providing administration services on behalf of the organisation. APT are now managing all elements of The Georgian Group's Membership; from administrating their PO Box mail, filtering all membership calls through our dedicated call centre, setting up their new contact email, to administering subscription notices and payments.

The Spectrum Professional Administration team is led by our Spectrum Manager Charlotte Gardner. Charlotte has worked for APT since 2001, where she started in an Administrative role. This has given her the advantage of intensive experience working in every area of the Spectrum department. Charlotte's team includes two supervisors, Lauren Ingram and Danielle Kilne as well as several Spectrum administrators. The dedicated administrator for The Georgian Group will be Vicky Fox.

The team have all passed their contact centre NVQ's and have been trained in the highest levels of data security. Their qualifications range further including BSc (Open) Degree, HND Business Information Technology Clait, NVQ Contact Centre Professional levels 1 - 3, NVQ Information Technology levels 1 & 2 and NVQ Business Administration levels 1 - 3, NVQ in Customer Service levels 1&2, NVQ in Team Leading levels 1&2 and NVQ in Management level 3.

Founded in 1937, The Georgian Group is the national charity dedicated to preserving Georgian buildings and gardens. Every year they are consulted on over 6,000 planning applications involving demolition or alterations. Our intervention has helped save many Georgian buildings and has protected others from harm.
