A modern Trade Union faces a number of challenges, from recruitment and retention of members through the processing of data which in turn supports the officers in their representation of the membership. A database needs to assist in all of these, and more besides.

Whether you represent members in a single sector or across a number of sectors Stratum is able to work in the way you need and to adapt to the changes your union may undergo. We recognise the need to group members in differing ways; where they work, who they work for and how they are paid are just some examples. Your membership may be organised into regions and branches with all appropriate reporting at these levels. Most of all we understand the regulatory environment in which a Trade Union operates making sure Stratum conforms at all times to changes in this area.
